✅ SOLVED Anyone know this eagle button?

I have yet to find a similar one online. It does not have the back and I have no idea as to the age. The eagle and its wings look similar to the style used on some navy buttons. It was found close to what I think is a flat button missing it’s shank. Thanks for any input.

They look like old liberty quarters from the late 18th century around 1876, called Morgan's. However the stars around the top occur on the body side with the person, not with the bird.

1700's? coins have that setting too:

I would have never figured that out. That certainly is an almost identical design. My dug version is more crisp and is two piece. I guess since it isn’t military an accurate date is not possible. Thanks so much for taking the time to help.
