✅ SOLVED Anyone know what these are? There is 2 different ones, but both look the same on the back. The 2nd one is an Eagle.

Bowwinkles nailed the I.D. with an overalls button... or should I say 'buttoned' it. 
If you clean up the face a bit, you'll see a makers name and you should be able to date it.
