Anyone know what this is? I have no clue! :dontknow:

I found this at an antique store for $2.00 :cool:

I bought it because it looked so strange :icon_jokercolor:

Its very heavy for its size :anchor:

Do you think it has something to do with fishing? :fish:

I'm not to sure? :dontknow:

Any help would be appreciated! :notworthy:
