Anyone know what this is?

[Detecting Fool]

I found this the other night, not far from where I found that three cent piece. I did not think much about it at the time, but while cleaning it up tonight, noticed the detail on it, and when I washed it off, there is definately a gold color buried under there. On the front you can see it really at the rocks under the horses front feet, and in some of the fine details, ie the horses tail, the whip the cowboy is holding. Im am not sure how well the scans will come out, but on the front the, the details are all raised above the surface. On the back, the gold color is alot more prominent, and the details on the front are concaved on the back. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
