I know I have certain names and one is in dented in the other one sticks out. I'm not sure if their glass or gemstone. I'm just wondering if they might be worth anything. But I can research that I just wondering what they're called. Thanks

Thank you. Would
the one in the sterling pendant just be like a cameo?

I see some beat me to it but i agree Cameo (high) and intaglio (low)

Thank you very much ! I think the one is a carnelian cameo. The other intaglio probably not worth a whole lot I'm not really sure. Thank you again.

Yes Intaglio and Cameo. I love this type of jewelry because they give off such a nice antique vibe. Apparently you can date this stuff by looking at the nose. https://janvierroad.wordpress.com/2013/06/14/cameo-appearance-how-to-tell-if-yours-is-vintage/ "A strong, Roman-type nose indicates pre-1860
A straight nose is probably Victorian
Pert, cute noses are from the 21st Century
Heavy, upswept curls indicate Victorian. Shorter hair and curls tend to be more modern."

They look about 100 years old. Very nice

They look like "Mourning Jewelry" to me. The Victorians would use "lamp black" (soot) to blacken the pieces on purpose, when there was a death in the family, unless they were wealthy enough to be able to afford it on their own.

Thank you for your help! I sold the pendant one. The single one I sent to a friend of mine who likes to make their own sterling jewelry to sell and they were going to put it in a custom piece. I'm all for supporting small business although I'm not sure what she ever did with it but again thank you for your help!
