I can tell you that the Egyptian motif was popular in the 1920's after the Tumb of King Tut was discovered in 1922. I have a few finds with Egyptian motif themes, others occasionally post finds from the US with this theme wondering how did this get here. Well now we know.

Yes, it's a liquor decanter or "amphora". There were a series of them. You can view them here- mignonnettes monde5''

The trademark for the name "Millefiori Cucchi" was filed in 1953 and registered in 1956. So your decanter would date after this.
