tough to say on 2 of the mintmarks, but the one in the upper-left of your 2nd picture was minted in Mexico, as evident by the small "o" above the "M".

in regards to the size, take a look at the attached pic. Courtesy of Don in SJ, he posted it when I had a question about reale sizes a few years ago.
