Anyone know year and value of this cigar store token?

I'm posting this for a friend of mine. It's a local token for $.25 from Heilman & Atkin cigar store. I find them listed in a 1911-3 business directory but I haven't found a token listing in the books I have. Any info on rarity/price would be appreciated.

Kappen's CA Tokens book has the 5¢ denomination of this listed, but not this one. His woefully outdated pricing guide shows the 5¢ valued at $4.50. I'd encourage you to post yours on tokencatalog.com
