I found this one evening in a municipal park with my oldest son one evening. We are in central PA and the park is in a fairly historic area with a bunch of corn fields around but quite a distance from gettysburg. I was told a flag pole topper or fence post top but that doesn't seem right. It was about a foot underground. It is slightly magnetic but one person told me by the weight of it it feels like pewter with some sort of coating. It looks to have had a circle at the bottom. I put it on my finger and the total length is my finger and my finger would have fit in the circle at the bottom. I was also told it could be par of a saddle but if the rest of the ornaments were relative in weight to this little piece then the horse would struggle once a person was on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
