Anyone looking to retire to FL?

Here's the deal. I retired about a year ago, left FL and moved to CA. Now that I'm settled, I need to get my 87 yo Mom out here with me. All she needs to do is sell her house. It is in a 55+ park, one of the nicest I've seen and she pretty much has the best spot on the lake. Yes, small mouth and big mouth bass are in it. I once fed 3 people one afternoon with fried bass fillets. At night, the BIG bass come out to play. I never caught one, but they sound like a bowling ball got thrown into the water. The home itself is in great shape too, she just needs to move soon. It's in a small community about 10 miles from the gulf and 75 miles N of Tampa.
Help a guy and his mom out and check the link. Price is being dropped to $29,500 today.
