This is a Whitehead & Hoag pin from about 1900.

Searching for "CSI" today... I'm hoping someone knows this or is better searching than I am.

If you click on the picture it gives you the larger picture where everything on the back is clear as day...

...and it's Whitehead & Hoag. They made everything from pins to silks for everyone from politicals to cigarettes - for decades.
