Found this today on a property previously I’ve found a no copper and a old skeleton key and early 1900s silver anyone recognize it or think what it was? Kinda looks like a tiny buckle but the circle thing is odd anyone can date it? Thanks for looking !

Maybe the remains of a collar stud. Late Victorian/turn of the 20th C.
