Anyone tell me about this pewter plate?

My wife bought this plate at a thrift store and we cant seem to find any info on the company or worth. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Until someone pipes in - I searched Google and found...Only match I found was a Boschmans & Co offers cargo handling, warehousing, distribution, etc. Now, it is a Belgium Company and "Anvers" (bottom of plate) is associated with Belgium. Now, the other mark (Etain Pur) is a french term and that means 95% pure tin. Hope some of this helps.
