Can work this machine into my price range for an upgrade over my BHQDII. Can you users/owners give me feedback on this machine. Likes and dislikes, pinpointing, etc.

There is nothing to dislike about the Cibola. It finds stuff, even tiny stuff.
If you get a C, you'll toss the BH into the trashpile. Nothing against BH's, they find stuff too.
Even the Tesoro Sabre is a much better detector than your BH.

Lots of people start with a Bounty Hunter and all they talk about is upgrading to a detector with more features. The Cibola is a sweet turn on an go detector that will give you hours of enjoyment along with lots of goodies. It is very easy to use and pinpoints like a dream so you can touvh most coins with a screwdriver on the first poke in the grass.

Read the field test report http://www.losttreasure.com/content/archives/tesoro-electronics-cibola :read2:

Cibola is my #1 detector I use, I normally super tune it and it will have some serious depth, be prepared to start digging!!!!

If it’s depth that you’re looking for you’ll get it with the Cibola. What you won’t be getting are the multiple tones and visual ID readout that you are used to with the Bounty Hunter. A monotone machine can be tough to use in trashy areas. Would be great for relic hunting, though. If I were looking for a Tesoro for coin hunting I would probably spend a little bit more and get a Golden Umax.

Fantastic machine for the money. Mine has paid for itself a couple of times over. Great deep woods relic hunter.Very rugged ,lite and also deep. Breaks down nice and small for a back pack also.
