Apothecary weight ?

Found this small lead object on a filed where i've found a lot of old stuff from 1600-1900.
It looks to have some decoration or nummers on the front.
Any body an idea ?

Looks like a homemade lead weight, we get loads of these, but not many with decoration, so a good find. Hard to date, but the white colour makes it about 200+ years old.

Normally trade weights.
