Hello all. Found this today at an old homesite. It has __hlogistine? Apply Warm and Thick. Appears to be aluminum, believe it may be part if a straight razor. Any confirmation or idea on age or the maker would be great. Thanks in advance & HH!

Offhand, it doesn't appear to be part of a straight razor. On the rounded end, it would have some sort of fastener and the inside would be smooth. What it might be, I haven't a clue. Sorry.
