I went back to the Goldcamp Site on Saturday morning after I got off of work and had a fairly decent day. I didn't find any good points, but I did find a really nice Hematite Rub Stone that is faceted very well, a Cone or Loaf Stone made from Granite, a small Stone Disc, and 2 Bone Beads.

The first 2 pictures are the days finds. This was all found in about 3 hours. The next 2 pictures are of the Hematite Rub Stone. The next 3 are of the Cone and the last 2 are the Stone Disc.

Shopdog, this site isn't actually a gold camp, it is called the Goldcamp Site because the owners of the old farm were named Goldcamp.

There have been gold coins found here though because there was an old trading post and motel on the site. The trading post was there in the late 1700's and early 1800's and the motel was there from the mid 1800's to the early 1900's when it was destroyed by a flood.
