I also started setting aside any nice 2009s that i find

I was saving the 09's for a while but after like 5 boxes I've filled over 2 rolls decided to stop. Now I only save them if they are in ms-67 or better

that's what i'm doing (although my grading ability isn't very good!)

I've come to the conclusion that once you look at it it is no longer ms-70. I only save them now if there is no signs of wear what so ever.

Also looks like your doing decent on the Wheaties. Keep it up.

boxes so far seem to be hit and miss. haven't found anything older than '36 yet

i also decided to sell some of my copper penny hoard on ebay. i'm selling just over 10 pounds and i'm throwing in 10 random wheat pennies that i have found in circulation

That is practically impossible with CRH.

PCGS Photograde Online

I've not seen a 2009 as good as that MS67 wheatie in the link.

I really don't get grading. When I look at the PCGS examples, I don't see a big difference between some 1/2's i find and the high end pcgs listed. in fact, I often look at a a higher grade and think it looks worse than one 2-3 grades lower. As such, i keep what i like.
