I have always thought bullet in wood peaces are neat relics. They are hard to find!but I know some of you relic hunters out there have been finding them.I would like to see examples of what you guys have found.I bet there are some big collections out there.I wish my collection was. if you happen too have some, please post them here

confederate used british made rosewood plugged enfeilds can be found --straight wood only " shaped" bullets would tend to rot most likely in the ground.

at a civil war camp site while digging a signal once --/I found a very small hand made wooden dice ( 1) it was very soft due to being water logged and I had to let it dry out to prevent it breaking up --it took along time but it did finally dry up.

I've got a few musket shot in wood from the Second Seminole War era (1835-1842). If I can locate them in the next few days, I'll post some photos.
