Are these scoria? How about the blue and white "inclusions"?

That's slag - the blue is actually moderately sought after by lapidaries and jewelry makers since it usually makes nice looking cabochons 8-) it doesn't look like what you have would be cuttable material, but if you find some that is more solid blue you could maybe toss it up on eBay or something.
