Can't really say for sure from your pictures but they just look like flakes to me.

Ok, thanks. Can't get a great shot of them, but a friend told me he thought they were arrow shaft scrapers.

Could be tools but it depends on the edges and how thick they are. Could be Debitage but either way keep looking in the area they came from there has to be more than that, rock
