Are they some sort of fossils?

I have 3 items that I suspect some sort of tree fossils and sea shells. All collected East coast of England.
Please advise. Many thanks.

1). a large flat piece, it looks silver grey, and it feels powdery when touch it, also colour comes off.

2). Another flat piece with little lumps

3) It is a limestone pebble I collected from a beach, looks like a shell?

The first flat piece may be a fragment of a Stigmaria fossil. Very weathered, but you can see from a specimen at this link why that came to mind. Just a guess, but that’s the age and type of fossils that occur in my region….
