Will be in Arkadelphia next month and was wondering what the law is there or if anyone has some suggestions for a short hunt. First visit! Thanks!

I don't know of any real leads, but there appears to be some old houses toward the back side of Ouachita University and you may find some areas close to the river. Perhaps you can hit some sidewalks closer to the colleges.

I wanted to include that in my neck of the woods, which is N. Little Rock, I was told by the city that there isn't a law against digging on the easements of the sidewalks, so I would gander that it would be the same at most places. I was told that it wasn't worth the time to either make a decision or especially to enforce. I usually still try and ask the landowners, but you can't go to every house, so I at try and at least ask one house per block or MD it anyway.
