My wife and I are wanting to move to Arkansas. We are looking to find a place with at least 10 acres with a 1/2 acre+ pond for fishing. Enough land around the homestead for some good hunting. Cant be a mobile home, they have some of the best deals. Shame. if anyone has any information let us know. price limit is $175,000 max. prefer $150,000 or less
