Around the tennis courts

Hi all,

Jeff and I got out this morning for about 1 1/2 hrs and hit some tennis courts. The only grass was around the edge so we had a limited area to hunt, but, on the good side, there where 4 courts. Unfortunately, most of the hits were at VDI's of +74 or +76: tennis can lids or old tennis can keys--like old tuna can openers. But I did find a couple of pocket spills and on the way to the tennis courts I got a hit at +88 VDI that turned out to be a Kennedy half dollar--clad version though. Total finds were $3.35 and an old arrow point.

Grey skies and coolish had a good time detecting. A day of detecting is better than a day at work anytime--oh wait, I am retired, never mind...lol
