Arrowhead bullseyes!

I found these three today and my intrest is in the bullseye patern. I also have some nodules of chert which are from limestone outcroping in a completly different creek system, The nodules are like geodes but chert/flint and mostly solid with some cryslay inclusions. This nodule I pulled from my rock garden matches up pretty well with the arrowhead. Maybe the red color is from heat treatment. Post some bullseye patterns here.
