Arrowhead / Point found is Eastern MI

I found this arrowhead / point yesterday in Eastern Michigan. It looks different than any I’ve found in Michigan before. Any idea on type / dating? The stone looks to be some type of chert. Maybe traded, as it is white and not the usually dusty gray? I didn’t fully clean as there were some red spots that could be signs of use.

I think this might have had “wings” on the lower part?

If anyone has ideas, it would be great. A ruler is there for sizing too.

Congrats!

It could be Bayport chert....It seemed to vary in color.

Nice find, it’s a Kirk snapped base projectile point, I think.
