Looks artifact to me. Wrong shape for geofact in my opinion. Also assuming you found it on an established site.
 

Yes, I found it with the six points I posted earlier.
It is flat on both sides with some pecking on the flats.
The outer edge is worn smooth all the way around.
It's not quite round which is why I'm unsure if it is a discodial.
 

I would say that is definitely an artifact and most likely a hammerstone. Sometimes you will find stones like that with a well defined dimple on it in which case it would be referred to as a nutting stone.
 

It looks to have been used. It is not a discoidal. Maybe a hammerstone.
 

I agree with artifact, I'd say hammerstone too if it has some heavy use and wearmarks.
