Artifact or Geological Phenomenon? Take 2

I figured out how to load pictures....Again I found this is south eastern Pennsylvania on a friends property. I found it a while ago and originally dismissed it as just a cool looking rock but I cleaned it really good and now I am not sure.

Any Thoughts or opinions? Thanks

In the first picture it looks like glass slag.
