Artifacts from the Goodwill

I found this little beauty at the Goodwill I paid $10 for it obviously somebody's collection everything looks very real. Some arrowheads and pottery fragments and beads and various SW items

Is there any possibility anyone could help me identify some of this stuff?... I'm going to dig through the internet and see what I can find myself just to satisfy my own curiosity.

The round pieces were probably ornamental pieces worn. The tiny round things were beads.
The little stones that are N S E W look like those "Rose of the Desert" rocks.
The white "arrowhead" shaped things look like Gar Scales. Could have been used for arrow points, but I doubt it.
Not sure on the face in the middle. Could be authentic. Don't know for sure.
The other arrowheads look authentic.
Good find for $10!
