Good to know you have a sense, definitely gotta laugh outta me.
 

On a more serious note, the hook shaped item looks like it's made aluminum or some kind of metal, but not copper, if that's the case,most likely not an Indian artifact. If however it's made of bone, ivory, or antler different story.
The (mussel?) shell looks looks to be very old and/or very eroded due to contextual environmental conditions. That being said, the hole in is probably just due to environmental impact. It's possible that the hole was man made, but in my opinion, and even if I had found it, I would highly doubt that the hole was man made.
The other item that you pictured appears to be a tooth, belonging to what, I'm not sure. It shows use wear at the top and where it constricts about two thirds of the way down would be what was below the gum line.
