My first though was because you're based in California, that you likely found it there. Are you located in Northern California, because your bracelet find appears to be Chinese to me. :icon_scratch:

In the Chinese culture hummingbirds symbolize good luck. This symbolic meaning derives from the Chinese culture that used the hummingbird as the Feng Shui symbol of good luck. Those were a fad in the 60s and 70s. Could bought at places like head shops & WORLD BAZAR.
