I'm envious of any find that can be shown to be a few decades old, let alone centuries old.

Do Americans in general think old Chinese coins are just like play money and worthless, regardless of age?
I'll answer my own question.
I have read enough to understand the American tribes of nowaday

most Chinese 1 boo (cash) coins are thought of here in America as being of little to next to no value * some are rare and collectible as "good luck" coins -- certain coins from certain areas and reigns of certain emperors.
