Asian Plate pre-1900s

Hello all, inquiring on some help for this Asian Plate find from my local Thrift Store. The little research I did, turned up pre-1900s(porcelain aging). It measures 8 1/2 inches. It has an old price tag($225), but was not from the Thrift Store, where purchased. Thank you for the Help,

why Asian?...why not Dutch?

Just tidying up an old thread here.

The plate is neither Asian nor Dutch and isn't pre-1900s. It's vintage Oaxaca-ware from Mexico. Like this one:
