Not sure what part you have trouble with, but here are some basics. When replying, click the Insert Image icon and select the image you want to post. Then Upload File.

Thanks for looking everyone,the large ring is tungsten,there are two silver rings and one 14K gold mans wedding band all found over 3 days,I also found two silver earings on the same trip one of which.was returned to the owner...
