When i try to pair coil and detector, i cant pull to the max screw.
Is this ok to be in that way or not
?

When the pins are lined up and push into place, be carefull not to "cross thread", it should screw on easy till fully seated.

Try some silicone grease, apply a small amount of grease to the "O"-ring and the half round part of the connector. When inserting make sure pins are aligned and wiggle the connector as you insert. The grease will help on inserting the connector and also will help to keep moisture out of the connector. You can get silicone grease in the plumbing section of Lowes and Home Depot.

thank you my friends, but i put this maximum i can.

Also, when i turn on it, i get a very high sound, when i put this on minimum its very loud.
I record this, here you can hear the sound, when i put coil on the air and when i put sound on the minimum. Imagine how sound is strong when sound is in the maximum.

This is the reason why i think something is not pair good my friends. I most confused why i hear anything if coin in the air?

Sound is on the minimum, so you can hear show sound is loud.

wow, they support is really the great and answer very fast.
They told me to responding to EMI (electromagnetic interference) and i should go to outside to test it.
Also gives me advices of this detector. I am amazed, i test it outside and back to tell you guys how its like.

i go to test it in nature, and i am very confused.
I put auto ground balance, and i get 70-85 in land (i put new in every a couple of minutes), but every a couple of seconds he gives me a signal, but when i dig a hole i dont find anything. Pic is here:

After this, i try this to beach, he sets a ground balance 19-56(closer to the water, the number is lower).
He gives me also a lot signal every a couple of secunds. I get a couple of frequency 99, but coin depth is 10+. Is this possible?
I like if anyone call explain me, what is freq settings? He have from 1 to 4. What is best and when?

OK, here are some answers for you. The tone in your video is the threshold tone, its a background hum to let you know the unit is operating. you can turn this down or off if you don't like it. The ground balance will be lower in saltwater beaches, 0-20 is common. Land will usually be in the 65-90 range. When hunting in saltwater, you may need to turn the sensitivity down a bit if you are getting ground interference. lay a coin on the sand and swing over it to hear the difference between any ground interference and a good signal.

I've returned to this thread because, when I posted a reply before, in regards to the picture, not looking as though it seated properly, I now seem to have the same thing, picture wise, after buying a pair of Grey Ghost Amphibian Headphones. The collar will not go any further, and it's tight. Plug is seated tight, O ring is good, not cross threaded, just looks like stefs picture with what looks like a gap. These Grey Ghost are made for the AT, CTX3030 & MX Sport. Just the nature of the beast? Waterproof connection, I hope.

i am afraid to use it underwater because of this plug.

I know what you mean. I have had it underwater with the "land" headphones, just not the headphones themselves. With these new underwater phones, the connection somehow do not seem right.
