At my Dad's housw

My Dad is 92 and wheelchair bound and I went over to spend some time so I went to his front yard to detect. When I found something I would bring it up to the porch to clean it up with him. We have done it before with the 9x12 dd coil on the ATP.

This time I went with the 6x8 dd coil......what a difference. Indian Head no date yet, cleaning it up. A 1951 lincoln,
silver spoon, large plated spoon, fork, tip top curler, what appears to be from a broach and some melted metal that I don't know what it is.

When I was filling in a hole I grabbed a rock to put back in the hole.............to my surprise I believe it is a spear head
out of flint! I am in Northeast Ohio and remember in the 50's walking behind Dad when he was plowing the field and
we used to find a few arrow heads.

Quite a rewarding day in many ways.

Tom

Outstanding tcornel. The finds are secondary to spending quality time with your Dad - you will always have those fond memories - way to go.

How great that you can involve your dad in metal detecting. I am sure it loves spending the time with you.
