AT Pro HELP IN MEXICO!!!

Hello all, Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm in Isla Mujeres (near Cancuun). Today while changing out my headphones my AT Pro would not come back on. When I go to power up the only thing that happens is a 8 flashes on screen. I've been on land and in the surf line with NO issues. Tried fresh Batteries also! Any ideas Any help appreciated!!!

How old is the detector? Have you tried contacting Garrett? I would call and ask see if they can identify the problem through their technical support. E-Mail is an option as well. I haven't worked with Garrett before so it's a toss up if they can or willing to diagnose from a far.

It's only a few months old. Yea I did get a hold of Garrett. Tech help couldn't work it out. Had to send control box to Tex. Will let you know the outcome. Thnxs for chiming in. [emoji106]
