AT Pro II in the Works?

I've read a couple people in the forums reference an 'AT Pro II' and wondering if anyone has officially heard of anything from Garrett?

Ya think they mean the AT Pro International model?

Garrett is always working on ways to develop a new detector with a marketing strategy as are all the manufactures. I doubt if it will be called the AT P II, but who knows?

I think that are the people hoping garrett comes out with an atpro that uses the imaging feature of the gti2500. I know I would like to see it happen....

Wouldn't it be a GTI 2500 if they did that? They are not going to add more features to a detector that matches their higher end models or it would not be a mid range priced detector anymore.

I would guess they would come out with another model in the next price bracket so as not to compete with the ATP. The ATP has been so successful I doubt if they would upgrade it unless other manufacturers with comparable detectors upgraded theirs.
