The Florida Railroad Company Inc. ACL Steam Locomotive #1523Found this today at a site that was once home to a resort complete with a hotel, cottages, a pavilion and a mineral spring. It was operational from the 1880s thru about 1915. There is nothing left but the steps of the hotel. The Atlantic Coast Line RR had a spur that ran close to this resort and visitors were picked up at the depot and taken over to the resort. Man it would be cool if this is the actual train in the link above.

The seal could have secured boxes, box cars, pouches, and doors of various kinds.
The number, 154, may have referred to the train number.
