My guess is that it is Agro. I noticed his profile calls California Cali. I have put a magic marker with a date over plated coins so my guess is that the coin was already red and he just put the date on it.

Does anyone want to own up to the Red Magic Maker across the coin in the area?

I just found and dumped one of those today. Up near Salinas, Ca. Making their way up the coast. Same date, and red.
