I'm thinking American Racing Pigeon Union (AU) 94 for the year banded?? HBG could be Harrisburg? There's a site you can report bands.

Reported to a site and they referred me to American Racing Pidgeon Union.
Emailed them the details waiting for response.

It’s from Harrisburg Club which doesn’t exist anymore.
I didn’t know there was Racing Pidgeons.
Don’t think mine won since he ended up in farm field.
