Awesome Day At Old Fort Site!

My son and I made a hour and a half drive to an old fort site this morning. Nothing is still standing and no indicators that this site Once was the location of a massive fort. We had a blast!! We both dug our first general service buttons, mini balls and tons of old rim fire cartridges. Kinda surprised we didn’t dig a single old coin?
