Was wrapping up for the day when I came across this. Interestingly rang as a 21 on the equinox. I guess it makes sense same as a penny. My first one. Was near a confederate encampment. Very pleased beautiful color.
I do believe the A is for Field Artillery. I’ve found colonial buttons but never civil war. Very good day.
