Axe Head and Wedge

Found these in the same yard. I hear there’sa way to date ace heads by shape. Not that it matters a whole lot, but someone might be interested! Any info on that? I don’t normally dig up chunks of iron, but these were both high dingers.

Appears to be a drop forged wedge style head. 1900's to 1930's maybe.
