Save those knives, forks, and spoons - they can be made into windchimes. Is that a brass whistle? Looks like something a boatswain's mate would use, maybe?

nice finds havent seen one of those whistles in a while, but i think its what they call a silent dog whistle it makes a high frequency pitch that humans cant hear but dogs can .
