Thx Fletch, just put it on the finds thread. Woke up and had to look at it again to make sure I wasn't dreaming. After hunting for several years yesterday I thought I would never find something like that.

I just realized its under Blisstool sub-forum. I found by looking at timeline search feature. It's sure banner in my book. I thought mat092's finds the other day were an automatic banner he posted in Today's Finds.

That is a great find. Congratulations.

Good to hear fletch, maybe other will feel the same but it's now the center pc to my shadow box and that's good enough for me

Incredible plate! Man that is such an awesome find! Congrats!

Congratulations. I missed this one some how. That BP looks perfect. How do you like the Blisstool? I came very close to purchasing one a while back ago.

pointman i really like it. deepest unit i've ever owned. don't let the knobs spook ya....most are set forget. i'm digging in locations that we wrote off due to no finds, can't believe those bullets...much less a BP was still in there.

cross potent, the 6 is interesting. still getting used to the 5 but like what it has done so far.

I was concerned mostly about digging too much trash in the places I seem to go. I bet it would be a great relic machine though. I spoke to someone and he told me it can be either easy or hard to set it up and get it going.

I see you're in Mid TN. Have you drug a TDI or GPX through there. I have a buddy in mid TN and the first time he used his gpx in a "hunted out" spot he dug 80 bullets and a buckle! He ha never realized how mineralized it was. I've hunted with him once and it's strange how one spot has almost no mineralization and a few hundred yards away very high mineralization.

fletch, I never used those units but could see where they would come in handy up this way. More snow coming so may be while for another hunt.

I'm in Knoxville for the whole week with work! Now I'm worried about getting home Friday! I brought 2 machines with me but haven't even felt like braving out in snow and ice :)
