I spent the weekend at the old Island amusement park I told you about last week.

On Saturday My wife, and kids went with me (by canoe this time not waders) he he
we picked up a lot of historical trinkets from the park, most I have not identified, for example the fourth photo is very small, at first I thought it was a bullet until I got it cleaned off, it has a top and bottom, some gold spots and some writing I am trying to read yet. It is about 1 1/2" long...Any Idea's???
My wife got the 1891 V nickle
I got a 1908 Indian head and a 1910 wheat. (photo's post #2 below)

On sunday afternoon I went back with JohnyMc and MarkgPA and pulled another Indian head a 1901 in nice shape. It was a fun weekend for all.. I love this hobby...

Thanks for looking TnT

Congrats on the nice relics! That park is probably loaded with some silver somewhere. HH, Mike

Very nice finds! That place is definitely worth going back and searching.Vern

The whatzit looks like it opens in the middle or screws apart. Have you attempted to open it? I'd soakd it in solvent for a few days and see if I could get it open. My guess would be a wooden match or Lucifer holder. Monty

Wow nice place you found, I hope you get a chance to go back and find some silver. WTG :D
