Good Day Folks.

I say good day because it's just been great so far.

Today I decided to go back to the old swimming pool at the
park down the road. I wanted to do the front some and the
South side.

Yesterday I did the North side.

To day I found a little clad, a junk ring and a 14k gold ear ring.

The ring weighs in at a whopping 0.11 grams. That’s a couple
of bucks at today’s prices. WYEOWEEEeee!!!…

I broke the stem off the ear ring while cleaning it!!!!!

Strange about the signal I got on that ear ring. It was a weak
foil signal and it had a strange broken sound. I was using my
Euro Sabre and hunting in the disc mode and using the Iron
Blank feature. The ear ring was under a chain link fence and
next to a steel reinforced concrete slab. When I got the signal
I switched to the disc mode at minimum disc. After I dug the
ear ring I got another signal in the same hole and then dug
this nut. Wow, what about masking?????

Here’s the whole pile of recoveries.

Notice in the bottom right of this photo is an iron object with
some red aluminum wrapper on it. It was just like that when
I dug it. Again, I was using the Iron Blank feature. The signal
I got on that was a strong foil signal.

What about masking, Hue?????

Look at the old whistle I found. It still has the ball in it. I eyeballed
that little yellow stone.

The weather is just fantastic in Arkie Land today. Couldn’t
ask for any better.

I had a real nice time at the park this morning.

No wonder I like that place so much.

Thanks for lOOking,

Tabdog

Hay Dirt Dobber,

Nice to meet you.

You asked:

Which Tesoro were you using? Or were you?

I always use a Tesoro. My detectors are Euro Sabre,
Compadre, Vaquero and Silver Sabre uMax.

As I said in my post:

I was using my Euro Sabre and hunting in the disc mode
and using the Iron Blank feature. The ear ring was under a
chain link fence and next to a steel reinforced concrete slab.
When I got the signal I switched to the disc mode at minimum
disc. After I dug the ear ring I got another signal in the same
hole and then dug this nut.

Nice little ring and that whistle is in fineeeeeeeee shape... :tard:

Thanks Tabdog, the Euro Saber threw me. I'm not familer with that Tesoro model. D.D.

Hay Dirt Dobber,

The Euro Sabre was developed for relic hunting in the
European market. It was offered to the American market,
but I think it was not marked properly. Also it came with
a 10" X 12" Concentric coil. Most dealers would not stock
it for fear of not being able to sell it.

The Euro Sabre is just like an Eldorado, But the Euro sabre
has an Iron ID switch where the frequency shift switch is
located on the Eldorado. The Euro Sabre is also black in
color.

Here are the rest of my little fellers. I like the Compadre
and the Euro Sabre the most.
