headed back out to the park with the CZ 21 today. I hit another area that I have been over and over with a couple of high-end detectors. I was convinced, the last time I was here with one of the other detectors, that the only thing left in the ground were pennies. Well, 19 quarters, 20 dimes, 8 nickels and many pennies later I have come to realize that maybe my other high-end detectors weren't so high end. I pulled at least a couple dimes pushing the 10in mark, a couple of 8-inch quarters with the majority being in the 3 to 6 in range. I did get a nickel that was on edge at around 5 in, but the detector hit it strong. I also pulled up what looks like the lever to a lever action rifle, although I think it's probably from a old BB gun as small as it is.

I use a CZ6a , supposedly a CZ21 is a CZ6a locked in salt mode. I've found in some parks my machine runs smoother in salt mode. I was told it has something to do with the minerals in the fertilizer. At this one school i like to go to all the clad comes out of the ground a reddish color and i have to run in salt mode to keep from falsing a lot.

Same here, lots of red and brown clad.
